NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol And Drug Counselor

Job description

New Convictions Recovery, LLC is looking for experienced, NJ licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselors (LCADC) who have addiction counseling experience that fits within our niche of services for addicts and their loved ones. All candidates must also be knowledgeable and comfortable in providing faith-based interventions as a high percentage of our clientele come from local churches. We offer W2 employment. Currently, we are accepting applications for:

We currently have part-time positions available for hybrid positions where the clinician would work in our office part of the time and at home part of the time (contingent upon client needs). Part-time employees are required to complete 12 billable sessions per week; benefits include paid time off and a flexible work schedule. Lots of opportunities for raises. Bonuses are given for sessions above the required number and the bonus is paid out in the same pay period the sessions are performed.

We offer our therapists beautiful office space, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, monthly clinical supervision, and the use of an electronic health record. We also offer free snacks and drinks while you are working and have a relaxed dress code.
